Terms of Service
Effective June 18, 2026. These terms govern use of the hosted Copply application and related SDK access.
Service scope
Copply provides age-assurance infrastructure, consent workflows, audit tooling, and developer dashboard access for software teams integrating compliance checks into their own products.
Developer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your product configuration, the lawfulness of your use case, end-user disclosures, and any decisions you make from Copply outputs. Copply does not replace legal review.
Availability and beta status
Public beta features may change, be limited, or be removed. BaseMapped may update APIs, quotas, supported jurisdictions, and dashboard capabilities as the service matures.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription changes, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the Copply billing dashboard or the linked Stripe customer portal where available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copply is provided as-is and BaseMapped is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
