Information we collect
Copply stores developer account details, configuration data, API usage records, verification events, consent records, billing identifiers, and regulator export artifacts needed to operate the service.
How we use data
We use collected data to evaluate age-assurance rules, maintain consent status, generate audit logs, operate billing, detect abuse, and respond to regulator or platform review requests.
Data retention
Verification and consent records are retained according to configured jurisdiction rules, audit requirements, and deletion workflows. Expired or deleted records may remain only as hashed audit references where required for compliance.
Subprocessors
Copply relies on Supabase for hosted data infrastructure, Stripe for billing and card-based consent flows, Resend for email delivery, and Persona for ID verification when enabled.
